They are the middle point if there is one between brute force and technology as the Zerg represent beast like savage chaotic killing and the Protoss advanced intellectual domination then the Terran go somewhere in between which is by no means a bad feat to have.

This starcraft strategy terran will focus on the overall in dependable maneuvers that can be employed on whatever race your up against. First things first, when playing terran it is very and i mean very important to have complete knowledge over the composition of units as there are countless tech trees to experiment with and each of them serves a completely different purpose.
So a strong understanding of units is very essential if you truly want become good at playing as terran. One of Terran’s more interesting abilities is to defend, defend even preferably as Terran’s have a wide selection of powerful units that lack great mobility but are great for
defending like Bunkers, Planetary Fortress, Missile Turrets and even Siege Tanks. But if defense fails, the Terran has a pretty darn good offensive capabilities as well as Banshees, Hellions and units based on Medivac have a very good harassing potential.
MULE – This things are a blessing, when called down they will last for 90 seconds (on normal game speed) and these little buggers are able to mine even more efficiently than SCV and to top it off they stack together, so one mineral field can be extracted twice as fast, MULE’s should be called down every time your Orbital Command has an energy reading of 50 or over.

You should also use Calldown: Extra Supplies on your Supply depots if there is any pressure on the available territory of supplies, as this will ease the consequences of being blocked out of them. Due to the fact that the process is immediate and no SCV’s are taken up in the process this skill is to be used pretty often. Take care though, as once applied to a Supply depot it will make it much more suspectable to enemy fire due to it being worth basically 2 supply depots and only having the hp capacity of 1.
Then there are Reactors and Tech Labs that allow the Terrans to switch a tech tree or boost the production of units almost effortlessly, just by rearranging Starports, Factories and Barracks.
