Zerg Vs Zerg Strategy
You need a good zerg vs zerg strategy in Starcraft 2 if you plan to win the game. One of the most exiting and intense battles are between the zerg, and most of the time the match is over in about 10 to 15 minutes. The main problem with fighting your own kind is that you have the same tech and units available so the best player will be the one who uses the betters strategy and has the best timing.
The usual strategy what we use in a Zerg game doesn’t work now. For example we shouldn’t have that big of a creep, because there will be hell to pay of your opponent decides to plant a spine crawler on it and use it perfectly against your troops.
In an early zerg vs zerg game the best thing you can do is scout, you can use your overlord or a drone to do this. And for the love of god don’t go for the 6 pool rush because it’s so predictable and if your opponent is a decent player he can counter it with ease. Better yet in early game scout him as much as you can then counter his build.
If you really want to use the overwhelming strategy in the zergling fights then add some micro into the it. By pulling of the line some wounded warriors you can easily win the fight. After the initial zergling is over and you have lost the scout then expect roaches. The sneakiest way to deal with them is by inviting them in the base and surround them with close range units. While the roaches are stuck hit them with queens and spine crawlers. Don’t fail use Starcraft 2 Shokz Guide.
The next good zerg vs zerg strategy would be air domination. This means Mutalisks, the clash will be inevitable one of you will be victorious, in case you lose go for mass hydras because they are cheaper and faster to build than mutas. When you have a decent number of them go and destroy his air force.

The hydra ball mix, can you hear the ground shaking, it’s a swarm of hydras, most people panic at this point and lose the game. Matter of fact you shouldn’t be scared those numbers will look pretty cool in your units killed summary. The way you handle them is by first you soften the swarm up with an infestor’s “fungal growth” then you let lose your banelings. The banelings cause extra damage to light armor units and you guessed it hydras are light armor.
What I really love about the Zerg is that it doesn’t matter if you lost a battle for example the muta one, you can go back to your base build a huge army and take your revenge in a few minutes or even less. In late game many players get sloppy this means they stack up their resources and just wait. This is a huge mistake, as soon as your resource count reaches a certain level convert it into troops or expand some more, even block your opponent from expanding.
